Random Shots

I (Scott) am up in Chapel Hill this week, so I'm not starting my work day quite as early as I do in Beaufort. This gives me a little more time to watch FoxNews in the morning and flip through old pictures of our little angel. Here's a few of the best that haven't made the blog yet. Enjoy.

Go Cubbies!!

Hello, Cubs fans. After "watching" yesterday's exciting finish on-line, Daddy and I were so excited to watch this afternoon's game on WGN. Things are looking good, so far. I'm currently smiling at our 1-0 lead in the bottom of the 3rd.


Yeah, they got one more. It's now 2-0.



Is it time to sing yet, Daddy. I've been practicing..."Go, Cubs, go! Go, Cubs, go! Hey, Chicago, what do you say? The Cubs are gonna win today."


How many innings do I have to wait? That'll take forever. I may need a snack. I'm off to the kitchen to see what I can cook up.

Please, Daddy, no more pictures.

Now before any other grandparents comment, let it be known that there are no Cold Stones in our immediate vicinity.

That being said, I love ice cream!! But then, who wouldn't? It's delicious.

Great idea Papa. You were right. The vanilla cone is the best. I have an idea. I'll steal Mommy's keys. You drive, and we'll do this again same time tomorrow.


I was such a big girl eating my first DQ ice cream cone. I didn't spill any, and I knew the perfect technique for eating ice cream from a cone. It's as if I've been doing it my whole life.

To celebrate this wonderful occasion, I decided to take a group photo. Okay everyone, look at Daddy and smile.
